Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-10-21

These terms apply to the The Process website and our publishing tool.

The service

Our publishing tool prepares short videos and, after a person approves each one, uploads it to a connected TikTok account's inbox, where the account owner finishes and posts it. Only accounts belonging to The Process are connected.

Your responsibilities

If you connect an account, you confirm you are allowed to use it and that the content you approve follows TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and respects other people's rights.

Content

Videos published through the tool belong to their owners. We use the content only to prepare and publish the posts that were approved.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. We are not responsible for outages or changes of TikTok or other platforms.

Ending use

You can disconnect at any time in TikTok's settings. We may stop the service at any time.
