Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026-10-21
This policy explains what information The Process ("we") handles when a TikTok account is connected to our publishing tool, and what we do with it.
What we receive from TikTok
When an account owner connects their TikTok account, TikTok gives us, with their permission: basic profile information (display name, username, avatar), the account's posting options (such as allowed privacy settings), and access tokens that let us upload videos to that account's inbox. We may also read public statistics of videos we uploaded (such as view counts) to learn which videos perform best.
How we use it
Only to upload videos that the account owner has approved, to show the owner the account's posting options, and to measure how those videos perform. We do not sell, rent or share this information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is kept
On our own server in the European Union. Access tokens are stored in files only our publishing service can read, and are never shown in logs or messages.
How long we keep it
For as long as the account stays connected. When an account is disconnected, its tokens are deleted within 30 days. Video statistics are kept for our own reporting.
Your choices
You can disconnect our tool at any time in TikTok's settings (Security and permissions → Manage app permissions). To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email stjepanbanicgregurek@gmail.com. If you are in the EU, you also have the rights given by the GDPR, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
